How do I find an existing permit?
Find the search bar at the top of the existing permit page. Choose a category to search by selecting an option from the drop down menu. Depending on what category you select, enter a keyword, name, address, etc. into the search field and click on the search button. If your search doesn't return the permit you are looking for, change the search parameters and try again.
How do I request an inspection for a permit?
Search the permits to find the permit you'd like to request an inspection for. Don't open the permit, but locate the Inspection column on the far right side of the permit row. Click on the request link and fill out the necessary information. Then click the submit button.

If you want to sort the information by a certain column, for example the date, click on the word Date in the top menu bar. It will then sort the existing permits by date. To see the newest or oldest permits at the top, click date again to reverse the order permits are shown in.

Click on the Portal Home Page link, found either on the top-right side of the page, or above the search bar on the left side of the page. Browse the available permit categories and click on the option you would like to apply for.
How do I make a payment on a permit?
Search the permits to find the permit you'd like to make a payment on. Click on the permit, and scroll down on the permit view page until you see the Fees section. Click on the submit payment button. You will be directed to a screen that allows you to check or uncheck which fees you would like to pay.

If you don't know your contractor code, click on the message agency button and then click the link to request an email with your code. You can also contact the agency directly to receive it.
